My name is Eric Njoroge Itugi, and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I’m deeply passionate about helping people create more freedom and stability in their lives, which is why I founded Zypria—a social enterprise that connects skilled professionals from third-world and crisis-affected countries with remote work opportunities around the world. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant and systems strategist, gaining hands-on experience in building the back-end structure that helps entrepreneurs and nonprofits grow with confidence.

Using tools like Go High Level, ClickFunnels, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Kartra, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, I create tailored workflows that attract the right people, nurture them with the right message, and turn interest into action. Whether it’s boosting online purchases for fashion brands or improving communication systems for wellness and financial education businesses, I focus on clear processes and measurable results.

A core part of my work is with Journey to Wealth (JTW), an organization dedicated to helping women build wealth and long-term financial independence. With JTW, I support email campaigns, live intensives, bootcamps, sales pages, client communication, and back-end operations. I help manage landing pages, automations, and customer journeys so that the team can stay focused on coaching, teaching, and serving their community—while knowing the systems behind the scenes are running smoothly.

Through Zypria, I also partner with clients like Jordan Lukrich, a Florida-based business owner who relies on me to handle the back-end work he doesn’t have time for, and Joshua Bowers, founder of Joy Boy Management, who trusts our team to support nonprofits across the USA with admin support, graphic design, and research/ideation.
