I’m Rachael Wanjiku, a dependable and hardworking virtual assistant from Kenya with a strong background in customer support, email marketing, and administrative operations. I bring over five years of experience supporting both local and international teams, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, clear communication, and follow-through really matter.
One of my most impactful roles was working remotely for a Costa Rican English academy, where I managed the registration process, set up online classes using Google Classrooms and GSuite, assigned teachers, tracked student progress, and provided technical and customer support for students. That experience taught me how to manage multiple tasks at once and solve problems calmly and professionally.
